1. The cathode adopts improved mesh manufacturing technique, and it shows the advantages of smooth surface, no blocked holes, uniform ion absorption, etc. Thus, it is applicable for working conditions with a small electrode distance and a high electric current, and it also realizes good energy conservation effect. In addition, this structure has gained the national invention patent.
2. The copper busbars and the chamber are combined together via automatic submerged arc welding process, and this welding process is characterized by deep fusion, high strength of weld seam, little damage to cathode chamber, etc. After welding, photoelectric tracking technique is applied to further ensure the welding quality.
3. For this diaphragm cell, when the cathode chamber reaches its life span, the copper busbars could be recycled to make a new cathode chamber. From this point of view, the service life of cathode is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is also cut down.
